Animeo® Pack is an active control unit for the system Animeo® Suite.
Several Animeo® Pack could be installed according to the building configuration.
Any blinds and/or remote controls must be at maximum 10m from a “pack” to warrantee the communication.
Positioning of these units must be carefully planned to guarantee 100 % connectivity.
Each Animeo® Pack can manage up to 20 io motors max and up to 80 io remote controls
It could be also connected to a Animeo® Weather Pack to provide the weather condition to the system.
- It is powered by the mains from 100 - 230 V AC / 50 - 60 Hz.
- Animeo® Pack provides secure communication with io motors* used to drive the solar shading units.
- io is a 2-way radio protocol, based on 868 MHz using three different frequencies in parallel to secure the communication, repeating the command signals until the receiving unit confirms. This also allows for feed-back from the motors and controls such as exact position, number of cycles, status, errors, battery level of the local switch.
- The 2-way radio communication is based on 128 bits security to fully protect all communication on your system.
- Animeo® Pack is connected to the IP network using standard Cat6 shielded Ethernet cables that allows:
- The connection to the building network and to the cloud.
- Via Animeo® Interface, the configuration , commissioning, supervision of the installation.
- It is used to manage the following functions:
- Occupants local control :
- Allows any occupants using wireless commands (remote or wall mounted control) for local commands or group commands
- Zone management:
- Can control an unlimited number of zones (groups of sunshades). One blind can act as a zone, allowing detailed management of facades, ensuring that the blind is only active when it is really needed.
- Automatic zones are created depending on the building architecture such as façade, floor and whole building.
- Remote monitoring:
- Provides remote visualization of any parameters and status from anywhere:
Example: Sensors values, current ongoing automation, motor status, blinds position and local control status,
- Remote management:
- Provides remote access for
- zone and automation creation and update.
- settings optimization.
- Individual or zone control of blinds.
- maintenance.
- Off line Mode:
In case of internet network shortage, all the automations(local controls, security , schedule, visual and thermal comfort) continue to run as configured during the commissioning.
Security and visual comfort automation:
In combination with Animeo® Weather Pack and Animeo® Building Security Pack, it provides the features that includes sun, wind and temperature sensors which optimize natural elements to increase occupant comfort, energy efficiency, alarm, and security.
- User, role creation and delegation:
- Animeo® Interface allows to create different types of users profiles with adapted rights:
- Installation company, maintenance company, facility management company.
- Each role is allowed to delegate rights to facilitate maintenance operations and ensure continuous operation of the building.
In combination with the Facility Manager Pack:
Allows facility manager using Animeo® Interface with a dedicated access right.
Allows facility manager to move any blinds from the intuitive 3D modelisation individually, by groups or by zones.
Allows facility manager to lock (via virtual Key switches) any blinds at the top position from the intuitive 3D modelisation individually, by groups or by zones in case of windows cleaning, façade maintenance,…Local controls are deactivated. After the facility manager unlock, local controls are activated again.
Allows facility manager to access an intuitive dashboard with :
Sensors values from the weather station
Active automation status of each zone.
Status of connected devices(Animeo DIN Rail, solar shading actuators, Local control switches, weather station)
