You can request access to Somfypro.co.uk and the SomfyPro online shop.To register, you will need to enter your Somfy customer ID number. Please contact Somfy Customer Service using the contact form. We’ll be happy to help you.

On the login screen, you can click “Forgot your password?” to request a new password. Enter the email address from your account.

You will then receive an email containing a link. When you click the link, a new tab will open in your web browser, asking you to enter a new password.

If you are the main user on your account, you can create co-user accounts to grant others access to the SomfyPro website and online shop.

Follow these steps to create a co-user account:

1. Log in at the Somfypro.co.uk website.
2. Click “My account” and then choose “Manage sub-accounts”. Here, you can add sub-accounts.
3. Fill in the co-user’s name and email address and select which access rights you want to grant to this new co-user.
4. Save the changes. After that, the co-user will receive an email that directs them to log in at Somfypro.co.uk and the SomfyPro online shop.
