During supply chain issues you can order a special Eolis 3D Consumer Kit for your customers. This is an optional DIY kit to easily mount and program the Eolis 3D sensor by the consumer. This prevents you from doing an additional visit to the customer for mounting the Eolis 3D on site. You can order this kit just like a normal product ordering and you can find it via your personal Somfy Pro account on the Eolis product page. After ordering we will send the kit to you to enable you to hand it over to your customer. The consumer kit fits in a letterbox and is therefore also ready to be shipped by postal mail to the consumer.

The mounting sticker is an easy to place and remove sticker and has the exact measurements of the actual Eolis 3D sensor. During installation of the awning you apply it on the spot where you would place the sensor. When the consumer receives the kit from you, he simply replaces the sticker with the sensor and the double sided tape. You receive the mounting sticker automatically upfront when ordering the Eolis 3D Consumer Kit

As an extra incentive to maximize the number of self-installations you can inform your customers that they can win € 1.500,- or the equivalent in their own currency if they want to use the Consumer Kit.
